At Delmar Products, Inc., we specialize in custom plastic lamination solutions (TPU, PVC, Sicobloc, Cellulose Nitrate, and more) for industrial, packaging, and specialty applications. All orders are made-to-order and quoted individually — there are no standard shipping rates or timelines.

How Shipping Works

  1. Request a Quote Every order begins with a custom quote. Use the “Request a Quote” button on any product page or contact us at sales@delmarproducts.com.
  2. Custom Quote Includes Shipping Your quote will include:
    • Total freight cost (based on weight, dimensions, and destination)
    • Estimated production lead time (typically 2–6 weeks)
    • Shipping method (LTL, full truckload, parcel, or expedited)
    • Delivery timeline (from ship date)
  3. USA-Made, USA-Shipped All products are manufactured in our U.S. facility and shipped from California. We partner with trusted carriers (FedEx, UPS, XPO, Old Dominion, etc.).
  4. International Shipping Available upon request. Additional costs apply for:
    • Customs duties & taxes
    • Export documentation
    • Ocean/air freight

Shipping Methods & Lead Times

Varies on product, will include in quotes.

Lead times begin after quote approval and deposit (if required).

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
  • Delivery appointments available for LTL/truckload.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Hazardous materials (if applicable) follow DOT/IATA regulations.
  • No residential drop-offs for palletized freight without prior arrangement.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery.
  • Report damage within 48 hours with photos to support@delmarproducts.com.
  • We’ll file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund at our discretion.
