At Delmar Products, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

• 30-Day Return Window
  Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• No Returns After 30 Days
  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders beyond 30 days from the purchase date.

• Refunds
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Exchanges
  If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within the 30-day return period, and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.

• Shipping Costs
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
